Ordering Prints & Licensing Images

General Information About Purchasing Prints:

You will find ordering to be a very easy process. Above each image for sale, you will see a green "Buy" button that opens up a separate window, showing all available size and finish options, with prices, for the selected photo. Simply select the item(s) and quantity, then follow through the menus for shipping cost and payment. You may cancel the process at any stage if you change your mind. The "Lightbox" function allows you to save a group of images as you are browsing, for later review; you can clear that or leave it at any time.. it is just for convenience and there is no obligation to purchase. You can sign up for a free account if you want to save your Lightbox selections and come back another time.

I have offered a range of sizes that perfectly fit most readily available standard size frames, but I'll be glad to produce any odd size or proportion that you might prefer if you are feeling adventurous with your custom framing skills and want to contact me directly. I can email a scaled mock-up of any image, simulating the frame and mat prior to purchase... I realize that many people have trouble visualizing what the final framed item will look like, so I am happy to provide that service.

A note about Paypal: you DO NOT need a Paypal account to make a purchase. Paypal accepts payment using all Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards. It is just as secure and works exacty the same as any other internet card transaction.  If you are more comfortable, you can call me with your card info and I will run it through my standard merchant card account.

No third party vendors are used to produce the prints... they are done by me, in my own studio, where I have complete control over the result. All sizes are produced on a 44" Hewlett Packard Z-Series archival quality pigment photo printer. A few image/size combinations may be in stock, but most will be done to order, so please allow one to two weeks to produce the final item, especially if mounting and matting are involved. The smaller sizes are obviously easier and therefore faster to produce.  I will keep you informed by email of the progress and expected shipping date. Canvas prints, canvas "gallery wraps" and greeting cards are fulfilled and shipped by a pro print lab, due to materials and shipping considerations.

My return policy is simple: if you are unhappy in any way, just send the item back in original condition within two weeks and I will refund your payment, (excluding shipping cost).

Licensing Information:

I do not currently have a direct purchase/download option enabled, since there are no high resolution images stored on this site. However, I am always willing to discuss the licensing of an image for publication or website use; you will need to email or call me for that service. I can then upload the full resolution version into a private gallery for your licensed use.
